Dr. Tohme’s education includes a B.S. in Biology, B.S. in Civil Engineering, M.S. in Structural Engineering and D.E. in Engineering Management. Dr. Tohme belongs to several organizations including the American Society of Civil Engineers, National Society of Civil Engineers, AWWA and TACWA. His professional affiliations are ASCE, Students Advisor at Lamar University, TSPE, Sabine Chapter, President (2009) and Sabine Chapter, Engineer of the Year 2010.
Mr. Warner’s education includes a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil and Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1978. Mr. Warner’s committee affiliations include a Member Texas Municipal League, Storm Water Permit Committee for Industrial Facilities, Storm Water Permit Steering Committee for Industrial Facilities, Member City of Beaumont, Drug and Alcohol Policy Development and Review Committee, Fleet Maintenance Committee, Management Information System Steering Committee and Chairman of Beaumont Utility Coordinating Council from 1983-84. Some of Mr. Warner’s professional affiliations include being a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and serving on the board of the Texas Society of Professional Engineers Sabine Chapter from 1985-90.
